This is the stuff photo albums are made of—those ones that get passed down from generation to generation. I’m pretty excited that my future family members might get a glimpse of this because it’s fitting. Adventurous enough, but superbly odd enough to really be indicative of the life I like most to lead.
This is what we call a Ranch Party, y’all. For some reason when I told people that I was going to a ranch party over the weekend, they expressed some disbelief, said it seemed off personality. Apparently people can’t picture me on a ranch. But I beg to differ.
What about sunsets.
Superbly interesting people and ping pong.
And a group shot that includes 2 guns, 2 dogs, a top hat, fire poker, lasso, miniature rocking chair, fake leg, sword, fake asparagus, a little sister photograph, and a giant duck, doesn’t scream my name?
This is a ranch party, y’all, and this is what weekends in Texas are made of.
*all pictures by goodmorningaustin, and a big thanks to Chris for inviting us out to the festivities.
